    Remake Policy

    1. To request a remake, please kindly send an email to the following addresses:

      In your email, we kindly ask that you outline the issues you are experiencing with the case and include the order number and case ID for reference. Please feel free to attach any relevant images if needed.

       

      2. We kindly request that all components of remake requests be returned to WMC - CA for California customers or WMC - TX for Texas customers.

       

      3. Please note that remake requests may take up to 10 business days for thorough investigation and evaluation.

       

      4. Regarding material defects: If a restoration is found to have a material defect, rest assured, we will remake it free of charge using the original design file. A material defect is defined as any problem resulting from a manufacturing issue.

       

      5. For design errors attributable to World Milling Center, we will gladly remake the restoration free of charge. Design errors encompass any issues resulting from a mistake in the design or manufacturing process. However, please be aware that full charges will apply if a new STL design/impression/IOS/lab scan or model is provided.

       

      6. Should a restoration not fit properly or function as intended, we will carefully evaluate the case to determine the cause. If the issue is determined to be a result of a problem with the restoration itself, we will remake it free of charge. However, please note that full charges will apply if a new STL design/impression/IOS/lab scan or model is provided.

       

      7. In cases where a restoration needs to be remade due to a mistake made by the client, such as an incorrect STL, impression, lab scan, IOS, or model, the order will be charged in full.

       

      8. If a remake is deemed to be the customer's fault, a shipping fee will be added to the remake fee.

       

      9. Rest assured, remakes deemed to be World Milling Center's fault will be shipped via ground shipping at no additional cost. Should you wish to upgrade the shipment, you are welcome to request to pay the difference in price.

       

       10. We highly recommend creating a model specifically for anterior teeth. Having a model dedicated to anterior teeth enables us to achieve greater accuracy. As mentioned above, remake requests may require up to 10 business days for thorough investigation and evaluation. Additionally, we may need to request remake fees more frequently on a modeless, especially for anterior teeth.

      Please be aware that our remake policy applies only to cases where the original restoration was manufactured by World Milling Center. If a restoration was manufactured by another lab, we regret to inform you that we cannot be responsible for any remake costs.
